Where can i download a Spanish to English and English to Spanish translator that does not need internet?

You can download an app on your phone if you have a smartphone…
That’s pretty much all, unless you carry around a pocket dictionary.

    It won’t be easy to find an offline translator. You must be online to get the translation you are looking for, but you can download a dictionary Spanish-English/English-Spanish and keep it on your desktop. That’s different.
