I want to learn to speak Japanese so i need a good online translator.?

I need a good English to Japanese online translator soon because i want to learn to speak Japanese fluently.

Unfortunately, online translators are incredibly flawed. After even just 1 year of studying Japanese, you can usually (with a dictionary handy) do a better job at translating than they can. For any even sensical translation, you’re going to have to either learn it yourself the hard way or ask someone who speaks the language. To check, just copy a few Japanese sentences into any translator and see how much sense they make. That’s roughly how coherent they’ll be translating into Japanese.

If you can’t take classes, I’d advise you check JapanesePod101 either via iTunes or on the internet for some basic lessons that’ll help you with some simple vocabulary and grammar and also look into buying some books. Still, nothing can replace actual instruction, but it can help and you’ll learn what you want to know if you’re willing to work hard. Good luck! By the way, links to two websites I mentioned are provided below, in sources.

any online translator can’t be completely trusted. if you want to translate phrases, go ask a japanese person to translate it for you. but it won’t help you become fluent if you rely on a translator. you have to actually learn the grammar and sentence structure.

If you want to learn Japanese you need something more than a translator/dictionary. Have a listen to http://www.japanesepod101.com , it’s a podcast for learning the Japanese language. You can also find them on iTunes.

    Good luck! Ganbatte!
