i was talking with my friend the other day and we were talking about something and i decided to be random and say ich leibe es. obviously meaning i love it. (i know a little bit of german). then my friends response was, ich bin sich, dass sie tun
what does this mean? i tried it on a few translator sites and the answer give doesnt make sense like what does it mean in it’s actual context?
danke

Probably "Ich bin sicher, dass Sie es tun." : "I’m sure you do (it)." (polite)

He/she said "I’m sure you do."
By the way, it’s "Ich liebe* es."

    ich bin – I am
    sich – Myself
dass sie tun – That you do

This is not proper German, considering he meant "I’m sure that you do" it should be :
"Ich bin sicher, dass du es tust"

    From a native
