What college/university is best for an aspiring French translator?

I am a major foreign language fanatic, currently being fluent in both English, Spanish, and French, and I want to know what school is the best to major in the French language. I do not mind if it is out of the United States but I do prefer if it is in the United States. Thank you for your time and and answers.

Going to school in France would be the best option, but moving overseas is a huge step.
I’d recommend going to McGill University. It’s in MontrĂ©al, so you could immerse yourself in the French language while you’re at school.

You should study in France so that you will learn colloquial French with a perfect accent.

The best school for you is the one you can attend and graduate from with the least amount of student loans.
