Can someone translate me this in French for me, its for a company that is to be shut down due to a death. Please no Google, or Free Translator, I need a professional translator, or someone who is really good in French, so can someone please translate this in French for me ASAP! Thank you in advance.

Born and used to live in France. Not sure why the first answer got a thumb down, by the way. It’s not bad at all.
