Which is the best translator software english/french?

I need to buy a really good translator software for english > french. Any suggestions?
The free programs generally provide shocking translations. I’m happy to spend the money on software, but hoping someone with experience using translating software for business purposes has a recommendation.

In my opinion and experience, there are no perfect automatic translators because a machine can not feel the context and all subtleties of languages.
My advice is to use any translator and then review it and correct it with a good dictionnary.
