"look straight, don’t ever look down, if you look down, you might miss something"

Ok a literal translation would be: Mira al frente, nunca miras hacia abajo, si lo haces (look down), puede que te pierdas de algo. If you don’t use subjunctive tense the translation sounds bad.

Like i want to type it in english then it translate to Cantonese. But the words are like in english lettering not the Chinese/Cantonese characters.

Does any one know where to get a free online translation link.I want my documents which is in Norwegian to be translated to English.I found some free websites but they only allow just for few words or sentences.Do you know where i can translate my full text..its about 50 pages

I suggest you hire a competent translator, or learn some Norwegian yourself. It’s probably worth your time to learn some anyway. Free translation programs are notorious bad and funny. One translated an article about former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl as "Chancellor Cabbage!"

Caveat emptor.

When talking/writing to a good friend formal French sounds odd. But all online translators I found are for Formal French. Can anyone tell me if there’s a site that translates into Familiar French, ie using "tu" as 2nd pers singular?

I what this translated into German: "I’m rendered speechless". Or something along those lines. This is emphasized with a sense of awe, in a good way as in "I’m rendered speechless by your beauty". Many detail’s please. No, I say for the hundredth time(from past experiences),no online translation’s!!!

I know this isn’t what you’re asking, but I don’t know the German phrase for that and I speak German.

HOWEVER, I can tell you it in Irish slang. And you know, ladies are bowled over by Irish slang too.

It would be interesting to know the theory behind them.

because they litterally translate word for word, but most languages differ in which words are used and in what order. even if the person who programed it made it so it would correctly translate a few small phrases, chances are that it would give a litteral word for word and most likely wrong translation for somthing more complicated.
