I’m Japanese and don’t think there is any reliable English to Japanese translator. I could help you out if you have any things you want to translate.
I’m trying to get these Latin phrases right, but free online translators aren’t accurate. I’m trying to contact a person who will answer an email consisting of an English phrase and reply to it with the grammatically correct Latin translation. If you happen to know of any "PEOPLE" that I can email, that would be awesome!

Google bablefish. Though it isn’t perfect, it claims to be not worthless. A fun game is to translate something into Korean and then translate it back to English, and see what comes out.
i know people that are interested in chinese-english translation. This is not for me but people that i know. I know that speaking both languages helps. But is a degree required, experience i’m sure is preferred but where would something entry level be available? Please i’m not looking for answers like "well gee speaking both languages would be a big help" I am looking for real answers please.

I am looking to be able to translate bulgarian typed on an english keyboard into english. The problem is that traditional translators need to have the original bulgarian characters to translate properly. Unfortunatly I do not have the characters and cannot read what my girlfriend and her friend write sometimes. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
