Where can I find an online Nadsat-English translator?

December 31, 2010 - 6:54 am 2 Comments

I’ve found a glossary, but it’s difficult to find the particular word that I need to find the meaning of, as said glossary is rather lengthly. I’ve also found an English-Nadsat translator, but that doesn’t help because I’m trying to read, not write. It doesn’t have to be downloadable, online is fine. But downloadable translators are also appreciated.

There are plenty of glossaries and they should work fine. If you’re having trouble finding the word, type ctrl-F and search for the word.
Or, you could tell me and we’ll see if I remember. ;)

Is there a free latin to english translator?

December 29, 2010 - 2:31 am 7 Comments

I basically just want to find a working Latin to English (and English to Latin) translator, that has semi decent grammar and syntax.

Please do not rely on ANY of the online "translators", they are so horrendous that no-one should never even call them translators!

Which language translator have you found to be most accurate?

Yahoo Messenger, Babelfish or Google translator.. Is there one you use that is perfect?
English to Italian- sorry for not including that.

Hi, I only use Google Translate. It’s good when you need just one word, and have an idea what you’re looking for.
But to be honest, when it comes to sentences or totally unknown languages, none of them can be trusted, sorry.

I need honest, serious answers plz!!!

Spanish and Chinese are the biggest ones right now. Business are really hiring bilingual people in these fields. Trust me, I’ve looked!

Which is the best translator software english/french?

December 15, 2010 - 2:26 am 3 Comments

I need to buy a really good translator software for english > french. Any suggestions?
The free programs generally provide shocking translations. I’m happy to spend the money on software, but hoping someone with experience using translating software for business purposes has a recommendation.

In my opinion and experience, there are no perfect automatic translators because a machine can not feel the context and all subtleties of languages.
My advice is to use any translator and then review it and correct it with a good dictionnary.
A good one is :

Anybody know any language translating software that I can use in Yahoo mail? I get some emails from Japan, but Yahoo mail does’nt show Japanese characters. I’m using a Mac OS and the people that I get emails from don’t speak or write English. Thanks.

I know how to encode Japanese for internet explorer for windows, but I do not know about macs. You just press view on the top of the screen, then encoding, then more, and then japanese. Sorry if I am not helping if macs are different, but I can read Japanese on my yahoo mail.
