Sometime i have to browse german site. I know german a little. Is it possible that on mouse action the translation will come in tooltip.

On the left of your Toolbar there is a sign that looks like a pencil. if you click on it there is a menu. choose the second thing from above (i don’t know how to express…) and there you can choose what things shall be on your toolbar…

by the way. i don’t think yahoo!babelfish is very useful

You may ask Yvonne at Stanford if there’s a translation. It should be easy getting the email address.

One where you can type in a sentence and translate it, because I’m trying to translate some sentences in my textbook, and its hard to understand the story when I don’t know what some phrases mean.
Please post the link(s) Thanks!
Well I know they come out sounding like a robot and its not the exact way but its better than nothing…so anything would help.

They all suck. Please, don’t trust them.

Where can I find a language translator for browsing the internet?

I want to be able to translate foreign languages while I surf the web.

Google has a really nice translate tool on their search page it self. The following steps will help you…

1. Go to www.google.com
2. Next to the search bar…you will notice a few options such as advanced preferences and language tools. Click on the langugage tools.
3. Now you will be on another page…where you can paste in a paragraph that you want translated..OR…copy the web link of the site that you want to translate and paste it in the "translate a web page" box…and that should translate the whole web page for you.

Hope this works for you.

I would like to be able to translate the Japanese version of Raiden III for PC to English?
Or, preferably, is there a patch that translate the game?

Honestly, you just can’t. If you do it’ll sound like garbage. Your best bet is to post something here, and hope someone will be nice enough to translate it for you. I would say that’s you best chance.

What English Translation of the Qur’an is the most accurate?

November 25, 2009 - 4:19 am 8 Comments

For those of you who study the Qur’an, what is the most reliable and accurate english translation that one can obtain for study?

The translations by "Yusif Ali" and "Picktahl" have the least mistakes. However the (….) insertions have to be ignored as those are not part of the translation. Both of these gentlemen wrote these translations about a 100 years ago so some of the text is influenced by "man made" hadith and tafsir. For the most part "pictahl" is my favorite so far.

ps I would love to get a hold of a copy of the Jefferson Quran in the library of congress. It would predate the two mentioned above.
